Basic Service - 2 hours

• Change Oil & Filter (See Work Order - Type of Oil based on Customers Preference)

• Lube & Adjust Chain-drive (Check Overall Condition)

• Set Tire PSI (Check Condition of Tires)

• Check Front & Rear Break Pads (Check Overall Condition)

• Check Front & Rear Rotors Condition (Bent, Warped, Worn Down, etc)

• Check Coolant Levels

• Check Charging Output (notes on Work Order)

• Lube & Adjust Clutch Cable

• Lube Side-stand, Brake & Clutch Lever Pivots

Minor Service - 4 hours

• Change Oil & Filter (See Work Order - Type of Oil based on Customers Preference)

• Lube & Adjust Chain (Check Overall Condition)

• Set Tire PSI (Check Condition of Tires)

• Check Front & Rear Brake Pads (Check Overall Condition)

• Check Front & Rear Rotors Condition (Bent, Warped, Worn Down, Etc)

• Check Or Change Coolant (depending on condition of the Coolant)

• Check Charging Output (Note on Work Order)

• Lube & Adjust Clutch Cables

• Carburetor Sync or Throttle Bodies

• Bleed & Flush Brake Fluid, Coolant & Gear Oil

• Check Steering Head Bearings

• Lube Side-stand, Brake & Clutch Level Pivots

• Replace or Clean Air Filter

• Clean Inside of Air Box

• Replace Spark Plugs

Full Tune-up - 6+ Hours

• Change Oil & Filter (See Work Order - Type of Oil based on Customers Preference)

• Lube & Adjust Chain (Check Overall Condition, Replace if needed)

• Check Brake Fluid, Coolant & Gear Oil (Change if Needed)

• Set Tire PSI (Check Condition of Tires, Replace if Needed)

• Check Front & Rear Rotors (Bent, Warped, Worn, Etc)

• Check Front & Rear Brake Pads (Replace if Needed)

• Lube Sidestand, Brake and Clutch Lever Pivots

• Check Charging Output (Note on Work Order)

• Clean Air Filter (Replace if Needed)

• Synch Carburetor / Throttle Bodies

• Bleed & Flush Brake Fluid, Coolant & Gear Oil

• Check Steering Head Bearings

• Lube Side-stand, Brake & Clutch Level Pivots

• Replace or Clean Air Filter

• Clean Inside of Air Box

• Replace Spark Plugs

• Valves Adjustment
